My Access to the Internet is Irregular
and Unpredictable these days
and there are Often Noisey Distractions
going on All the Time
Constantly Interfering with my
Ability to "Concentrate"
on whatever I am

to Knock me of my
Metaphorical Trolley !!

Today We will be playing a lunchtime Concert
at the Acadamh[-it is an Irish Language branch
of N.U.I.G.(Galway University)in Carraroe

I Will be playing a 'Solo' melody:-
[-which is on my Podcast:'Ag Tosa Ceol 3'
there is an Air called
"Na h-Oilean Inse Gaill"
- which is Irish for the:
"The Hebrides"]- It is an Air
that came to me when I was out walking
in Ros Muc on the 8th of August '08
- I call it "Na h-Oilean Inse Gaill"
because It Reminds me of the Way
I heard Music being played when I
visited The Hebrides in 2000
There is a Scots Gallic speaking
Community up in the north of the
Island of Lewis whose Local People
have a Big Heart and whose Muscitions
Played Wonderfull Music for a group
of Us from Conamara who were visiting.

I am Really Pleased
that People are
Listening to
my 4 Podcasts !!!!
- I am Very Gratefull
to All those People

We seem to alternate constantly
between Plenty of Rain
and Surprisingly Gorgeous
Sunny Bright Days

Today I Spoke to the Prople
in charge of the Music course
and I Explained my Worries and Concerns
I said that:-"I felt like
I am out of my league -that
I am Not a Good Muscition
and that I am Worried that
I am Letting People Down"

They were very Nice and Reassured
me that I am Well Regarded
and Very Wellcome on the Course
That my Imagination is Exceptional !!!!

Afterwards I Feel
I Should Make an Effort
to Say More Positive Affirmations
to Myself such as:
"I am Able for this Course"
"I am Becoming a Better Muscition" !!!!

With Positive Affirmations
The Important Words to Use
are:- I Am !!!!

Yesterday 1st October
I felt so Low and Unable:
I Wisely Took the Day Off !!!!

By Nature I am
a Quite Peacefull Person
and Yesterday[the day I took off]
-I was able to Be myself !!!!
-and Music Came to me !!!!
-I was Singing !!!!
-because I Felt Good !!!!


How I feel these Days is like
